Description
The first section of the chapter illustrates the legal bases for processing personal data and exceptions to the prohibition of processing special categories of personal data. In the second section, the principles governing data processing are analyzed through a systematic and structured legal framework. In the last section, rules on data breach are analysed showing the relevance of EDPB guidelines on this subject.
